Everyone asks people ask us what var!ux means. Don't be like everyone else! Just accept it and move on.

Well, if you must know, var!ux is the result of a 12:54 am meeting around the coffee pot, wherein the staff of var!ux (all 3 of us) decided that we would combine all of our crazy web savvy ideas and move forward together to save the world! So with oversized mugs in hand we darted back to the computers to start searching for a cool name...and thus variux.com was born! Turn the "i" upside down and you have a name + a logo in one (we owe that to John).

var!ux was birthed out of a passion to create effective websites and provide hosting on awesome servers. We want your website to work ALL of the time and if you are going to be paying for a website, we want it to pay you back by doing exactly what you envisioned it would do!

John Anderson - President

This is John's look of determination and conviction as he describes the beauty of programming in PHP. Formerly an avid rock climber, dirt biker, and all around great athlete, John now spends his free time combining PHP and Java Script into powerful AJAX applications.

Seriously though, John is the man! He thinks in programming language...and thus he creates awesome web applications. Now that he is married though, I guess we are going to reschedule the hours of the command center and start using the coffee to get us up in the morning rather than keep us awake at night.

David Edmonson - Vice President

Although we may be at the Big K level in our business, it David's dream to become the Coca-Cola of the web hosting world. Big dream...yes...but everyone always says that nothing is impossible, so it is his goal to find out if that's true. Look out though, because he gets massive amounts of work done when not riding his Yamaha R6 motorcycle or gulping a Carmel macchiato.

The real "work" is the customer though...right? If we don't have you, then we don't have a business. So, David is the guy to call if you want to be our customer or if your website needs some tweaking or if you just want some great ideas to boost your website's effectiveness. If he doesn't answer...just leave a message and he'll call you back...he can't talk on the phone and ride a motorcycle and live all at the same time!
